Premium Tasmanian Meadow Honey

Blue Hills' Blackberry Meadow honey is from the lush green fields of North West Tasmania. It is made from the bees' own selection of nectar from various meadow flowers, including clover and blackberry. Blue Hills Blackberry Meadow Honey received a gold award in 2005 and a bronze award in 2006 from The Royal Agricultural Society of Tasmania - Wrest Point Royal Hobart Fine Food Awards. Meadow honey has a warm mild flavour and a light colour.

Being cold extracted, Blue Hills Premium Meadow Honey candies very quickly. The candied honey has a very fine texture and the consistancy of butter, and is just as delicious and versatile as liquid honey.
