This special honey is unique to Tasmania, collected from the nectar of flowers of the Tasmanian Eucryphia Lucida tree commonly known as the Leatherwood. In late spring and summer masses of white flowers resembling small single roses cover these centuries old trees. Leatherwood honey is a true taste of the Tasmanian Wilderness. Distinctive and bold, it's aroma captures the essence of the ancient rainforest.
